Riv Inc. supplies only the finest stainless steel mesh, woven on shuttleless looms for more accurate mesh count consistency. Stainless alloy 304 is used for better elongation and more flexibility. All standard sizes are in stock for prompt delivery.

Correct mesh count for your application?

  • Mesh types with low mesh counts have a higher open areas and thicker wire diameter will result in a thicker paste deposit.
  • Mesh types with high mesh count and thin wire diameter have less of an open area will result in thinner deposit.
  • Our mesh manufactures have work hard in researching the demands of the hybrid / LTCC world; finer lines, thinner deposit etc…listed in the chart below you will find some of the newest meshes available to accommodate these requests. Mesh counts with the finest wire diameter will have minimum obstruction to the paste flow and offers higher resolution and sharp edge definition.
